Haha..good idea, tdd. Is this for real??? Surely no law was passed that encourages people to use firearms simply because they're nervous. Do you know the exact wording of the law they're referring to?
"This image obtained from the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence shows a poster which the Washington-based gun control group says it will use to 'educate' Florida tourists and potential Florida tourists that effective 01 October 2005 they will face a greater risk of bodily harm within the state of Florida, the date that the state's new 'Shoot First' law also known as the 'Stand Your Ground' law, goes into effect.(AFP/HO) "
and here is a link to another article I found.... LINK

That is just frightning, I can see making changes but HELL that is just Over the TOP they are assuming that everyone who has a gun will use it wisely. anyone take into consideration that all you would have to do is shoot your ex and say he was threating me and how could you be held accountable? (besides TDD that is LoL)
Or if your neighbor pisses you off. One of the things that keeps people from making mistakes like that is the fact that they get to cool down and think about it use common sense. NOW your going to expect the average person to use common sense first? Holy Crap, THAT is CRAP.
