All ideas are mute until spoken out loud. heh. I think you meant this one is moot. A site like that could help if someone is a total psycho or abusive. If you say nasty things like that about someone they better be true or you may be looking at a libel suit.
In general, men and women should not cohabitate. heh. Period.
I kind of thing that once you make it past the first 15 and havent killed each other that the rest is all down hill, sort of like you got it figured out now so its not such a challenge to hang in there. I realize many might disagree, but really the longer your together the easier it gets.
hey! that is not what I meant, downhill means its easy not an uphill battle. even you have to admit that the better you know someone the easier it is to get along, good or bad, knowledge is always the rule.
Oh? That's not how it worked in The Odd Couple. That knowledge only helps if you're willing to use it in an effort to avoid unpleasantness. You could use it to get under the other's skin if so inclined.
That is so very true BUT what does that say about that kind of person, I personally wouldn't want anything to do with someone who did that sort of crap just for there own foolish pleasure of watching another person be irritated. so in essence that wouldn't happen since I think that if your in that sort of relationship and you don't get out you have no one but yourself to blame and maybe you really do like to be treated poorly.
That's true, but if you take your wedding vows seriously you're left between a rock and a hard place...stay and you're miserable, leave and you've broken your vows. I wonder if the Catholic church grants annulments because your partner knows what buttons to push to get on your nerves. I imagine it would depend on the level of cruelty. I'm sure they'd want them to try to work out any problems first though.
Yes Iam sure your correct there but again catholic or not at some point you have to do whats best for yourself and your children and living in that kind of enviroment is VERY UNHEALTHY for all people envolved. We as adults have no right to risk the welfare of our children by raising them in that sort of enviroment. in the long run we do them so much more harm by just letting them live watching such abuse. they in turn grow up to be abusers or victims of it. the circle is a very complete circle. even the catholics see this and make allowences for it. WHILE they might not condone your actions they will give you a pentence to serve. AND if you want my opinion its between you and your God, not you and your church or religion.
That's a great last point. Seeing how stubborn the Catholic church is on enacting change and hearing about the behind the scene politics of other denominations makes it increasingly difficult to be a fan of organized religion.
Saint Francis of Assisi believed that where you worship wasnt as important as the worship itself. He was a man who knew that god didn't need those big fancy buildings. Those were for the men who claimed to be closer to god. he would be my favorite Saint I suppose. he built his place of worship out of mud sticks and things of nature itself. very impressive Saint.
LOL yes your correct, it does often amaze me that most wars are fought for religious reasons. I mean religion should be about love thy neighbor kind of stuff, not kill thy neighbor, because he believes different them me.
That makes too much sense though. But it's always been that way. Look at the Old Testament...war after war after war. It's more like love thy neighbour if they share the same beliefs as you.
Its difficult to understand but since GOD already has the game plan, why would he allow Man to war in his name if he is all about Love Thy Neighbor? I understand that we have free will, but really allowing your children to fight is NEVER a Good Idea. especially when its over YOU!
LOL You do realize that we can go on forever and a day on this subject without ever really getting very far? would you like some Coffee to go with your religion?
But that's just it, God knows the game plan but he doesn't call the shots. He just watches us hoping we'll eventually learn our lessons. I think he's giving up hope. Maybe He'll pull the plug on us someday soon.
Sure, I'll have a coffee. I take mine black, thanks.
I have mine Black most of the time as well, so your in luck nice fresh black coffee coming right up....LOL I can't get though a day without mine, I have had migraines since early teenage years. I use to have to take a drug called Caffragot, which was like a caffiene type pill. I didnt care for coffee way back then but I started drinking it and it helped. now I need it or I get sick and ornry...LOL But Its Ok I now like my Coffee and don't mind that I can't live with out it.
Still knowing the game plan and just sitting back and watching often isn't the way to raise children and we are his children. if you think about it when we raise children we like for them to learn there lessons along the way without a ton of prodding as it shows intelligence but, EVERYONE has to teach there children and reinforce that knowledge with a personal relationship, and in this case we have Pastors, Priests, clergymen of all sorts of beliefs leading us to the wants and needs of the father. in reality we all know that those men are but Human themselves and tend to have more faults then the average follower. and in Gods Plan he must have known this would happen. Since its been happening from the beginning of time. so where is the lesson? I don't think I' am capable of such blind faith I always have questions, and I believe I should always be learning and adapting until I find what fits with me. if that makes sense. LOL if not remember I' am FEMALE! Hahaha
I have two cups a day. Some people tend to have too many. I can't justify spending a fortune on it at Starbucks or Tim Horton's though.
God did teach us. He sent His own son to die for our sins. What more do you want Him to do? That was our lesson. We have to be responsible for the way we conduct our lives ourselves.
Mmmmmmm Star Bucks that is a treat for me! LOL I have a favorite there, but I only go there a couple times a year I don't go out of my way because it is very expensive.
I don't disagree with you, what I' am saying is that it didnt happen in MY LIFETIME or the LIFETIME of my Children or GrandChildren there for its UP to Mere Man to continue to teach religion, THIS is were MAN often fails
Seeing is believing for most, living on Blind Faith Alone is difficult as time passes, and the ideas of man begin to change and pervert the word of God to there own ideals, it becomes more and more difficult.
Yeah, but even if there is no God we all can distinguish between right and wrong and society sets up laws to abide by. If we choose to do wrong we only have ourselves to blame. We shouldn't need proof of God's existence to act as a deterrent.
I don't disagree with you, I guess I' am just focusing on those things that are perverted along the way. Always have been religious fanatics always will be. My point, if I have one. would be that Gods words Have always been bent to ones needs along the way, and the most dangerous of those would be the ones who believe deeply that they are right and the rest are wrong. for instance "I Killed those Girls because It was Gods WILL, I was doing the Lords Work. in there own personal world they believe it is the right thing to do yet society as a whole Understands YOUR CRAZY!
Perhaps I like to debate and that is why while I agree I also add some sort of strange twist to our conversations ..LOL and I didnt say I WAS a strange TWIST .....LOL
Well, there's a reason why those types of people religious fanatics. They are crazy. It's funny they believe God would condone their misguided actions. They truly believe they're justified.
